About Us

Allegheny Realty Settlement (ARS) was established in 2002 and became an affiliate of Shafer Law Firm in 2015. It is now one of the largest real estate settlement companies in northwest Pennsylvania with nine dedicated real estate specialists. On average, ARS has represents individuals and businesses buying, selling, and refinancing property in 1,000 closings per year. Offices are located in Crawford and Erie Counties, but ARS can transact closings throughout Pennsylvania; we frequently handle closings in Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango and Warren counties.

In addition to real estate settlement services, ARS and its employees make community service a priority by donating time and resources to numerous charitable organizations in our community each year.
